The BMW X3 passive wiring package provides a clean 7-way connection using a protected control module, taillight signal inputs, 12-volt battery power, and chassis ground. Rear cargo panels and battery-area trim are removed, the harness is routed through a factory grommet, and the exterior connector is mounted to the Stealth Hitch frame. The system is connected only to the proper 12-volt circuits and tested before the vehicle is reassembled.
